As Halloween approaches the Van Alstyne merchants decorate the town with scarecrows in preparation for downtown trick or treating & the annual Fall Der All festival. This is one more reason Van Alstyne is such a great place to live. There is always something fun going on from car shows, parades, fund-raisers, library breakfasts, fall festivals to scarecrows!
