There isn’t much you can say about the Van Alstyne water tower other than it holds water. YEAH. Well like most water towers it does serve as a landmark and when you see it you know you are getting close to home. Strangely, on the west side it announces the town name and The Panthers but is blank on the east side.
I guess if you live on the east side they figure you know where you are at! I have my own idea about what we could do about this but I will keep them to myself for now.
