This isn't my first rodeo. I have been a North Texas Realtor since 2002 specializing in town and country property. I have lived in the suburbs and on acreage so you can be sure I know neighborhoods with all the amenities and rural property in flood plains and coyotes howling in the night.

I have lived in North Texas since 1977 and in the Anna, Van Alstyne, Melissa, McKinney, Sherman area for over 20 years.

With our growth I may still get lost but if I promise to meet you at a property, I will be there and on time.

Absolutely! While my tag line says, "To Sell Fast, Get Spotted" I can also "Spot The Perfect Home For You".

I live on 82 acres in Van Alstyne,TX, ride and own horses as well as rehab my own rental investment property.

Expertise in buying and selling new and existing residential homes, lots, farm, ranch and rural acreage properties. I do not claim commercial expertise but have sold some commercial property as well.

Phone, text, e-mail, in-person or your other prefered method.

IMPORTANT I don't answer calls while driving or with clients. My life and yours is more more important and clients deserve undivided attention. All calls are returned promptly so please text or leave VM..

Truth is paramount. If you ask my opinion - I won't tell you 1950s pink bathrooms are coming back.

Before Real Estate, Did I Flip Burgers?


I was a Field Service Technician and Customer Service Manager for over 18 years in the publishing industry.

What that means to you is besides real estate, I know how to project manage, follow up, negotiate contracts and how to provide customer service vs. lip service.

Oh, in my youth, I didn't flip burgers but I did wash dishes at Shoney's Big Boy. I wasn't cut out for it!
